I would have preferred to start Bellum Deorum Foundation as a non-profit organization. However, in order to do so, one legally needs at least five people: three directors, one president, and one secretary. Since that was not possible before going live with the site, I formed an LLC strictly for liability reasons.

If I am trying to "sell" anything, it the idea of BDI as a possible explanation for quantum mechanics, physics, and our universe in general. Should this interpretation find any popularity, it is my intent to re-form Bellum Deorum Foundation, LLC into a non-profit foundation.
